Each report includes an Invoice page, a Summary page, a Natural Hazard Disclosure Statement, and Federal, State, Local Determinations and Notices, Taxes; Notice of Special Taxes and Special Assessments (Mello-Roos & 1915 Bond Act).
What counties does GeoAssurance cover?
GeoAssurance produces reports in all counties in the state of California.
How do I receive the finished report?
Our reports are delivered to your inbox. You will receive an email notification from our system letting you know when your report is ready. Please add GeoAssurance.com to your address book and check your spam filters.
What happens when escrow cancels and a report has been ordered for that subject property?
If you don't close you don't pay. When the property sells we expect to get paid.
Are the reports E&O insured?
Yes, GeoAssurance carries 10 Million Errors and Omissions Insurance that covers all parties in the transaction. We do the work and you get the protection.
What are the payment options?
