Allen Tsai
Computer based data management, must rely on in-house expertise. Our information
technology veteran is Allen Tsai who has spent over twenty years in data and IT
management. His experience ranges from the Internet to IBM mainframes and
personal computer networking. He received his Master's in Computer Science from
University of Arkansas after earning his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from
the National Central University of Taiwan.
Allen developed the web-enabled Right of Way information system for
asset/property management, real property acquisition and project management. He
developed image processing and commercial software for the US and Canadian
markets for Paragon Partners Inc. At TRW / Experian's consumer credit
department, he was responsible for the core component credit rating models used
in a database with a trillion-record environment. At Pierce National Life
Insurance he increased efficiency by setting up many system automations and
speeding data flow among IBM large-scale computers, minicomputers and PCs.
Although primarily a programmer analyst and software engineer, Allen is also a
web developer and writer who is known for his Chinese horoscope websites.

Mike Salgado
Mike, Senior GIS Analyst, brings more than twenty years experience in areas of property
research and analysis to the team. Starting at the Hall of Records in the early 80’s searching
documents, Mike’s skills were a natural fit for the title insurance industry. He
became a valued employee at 3 major title insurance companies. From managing
Customer Service departments his career growth included positions as a Title
Engineer plotting easements and helping figure out complex legal descriptions
using CAD.
In 1998 he became one of the first employees in the natural hazard
disclosure industry with First American Property Data Services as a GIS
analyst. As a GIS analyst Mike is in charge of all data and updating.
